Description

The project will consist of the refurbishment and internal alterations of the public library at Brierley Hill. Works will include the demolition of non-load bearing walls, new partitioning, new ceilings, floor coverings and decorations. Refurbishment of the toilets and additions of new ramps. Works will also include improvements and reconfiguration of mechanical and electrical components within the building. Detailed designs are to be produced by Construction and Design delivery team. Energy efficient technologies to be considered at all times.
