Description

Sefton Council wishes to set up a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) for the provision of Temporary Accommodation.
The Council has opted to establish a PDPS is to enable the Council to remain in touch with the Temporary Accommodation marketplace on a greater frequency than would be permissible under a Framework Agreement.

This PDPS will be referred to as the Sefton Temporary Accommodation PDPS.

This Sefton Temporary Accommodation PDPS is issued by Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council.

To consider future developments, a potential future lot of the Sefton Temporary Accommodation PDPS may be activated, and rounds may be advertised.

The Council reserves the right to cancel or vary this ITT at any time or stage and shall not be liable for any costs resulting from the variation or cancellation, or for any other costs incurred by those responding to this ITT.

The PDPS will be active for up to 3 years. (2 plus 1 x 12-month option).

Inclusion on the PDPS does not guarantee any level of business.
