Description

The procurement project will deliver a four-year multi-Lot framework agreement. The current estimated maximum spend through the framework is £17M, although the framework is formally a zero-value agreement, with no spend guaranteed. The potential framework value is forecast to meet the demands of the Joint Waste Management Plans between LLWR and its customers, and the delivery of a framework that meets customer requirements in terms of cost, quality and schedule is key to the success of the framework.

The scope of the new framework is to undertake the following:
• IP-2 ISO Container & Equipment supply, LQR Records and Design support;
• UN Approved Drum supply;
• Soft Sided Packaging supply;
• Spares and Repairs for Type B Novapak and Associated Equipment.

LLWR's scope also encompasses associated services in support of elements of the above including design, maintenance and repair (where applicable), for example loading plans support and licensing support.

Current identified exclusions from the framework scope include:
• SQE services;
• Engineering support.
