Description

Colchester Borough Council is seeking to redevelop Priory Street car park. The Council intends that by 2017, Priory Street Car Park will be Colchester's premier town centre car park and is intending to regenerate the car park from its current poor condition to become one of Colchester's popular car parks through a new creative and innovative design.
