The procurement will have a maximum value of £4 million spent across all Service Providers.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

The Client will be holding an open day on Wednesday 3rd May 2017 from 8am to 1pm (08:00 to 13:00) in order to fully engage with bidders. It will be an ideal opportunity for all those wishing to bid to meet us, especially small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), in order to:
 discuss our requirements for this framework;
 discuss the e-tendering process, as there may be companies who would like to bid but who are unaware of how to go about it; and
 the timescales involved;

The open day will be at Derby Homes' depot, 839 London Road, Derby, DE24 8UZ. Bidders attending the open day will not gain any preferential treatment or scoring in the tender. Each submission will be taken on its own merits and marked accordingly. Bidders unable to attend the open day will not be disadvantaged in any way.
