Description
To repair the gap between the wall and column in Tower gardens, additionally to straighten the column. Please see attached photographs. This work will need to be done as soon as possible and as the wall borders a residential property the occupier will need to be aware of work days. Liaison with the occupier will be carried out by Haringey Council officers.
The above works need urgent repair and these works should be carried out as soon as possible. However, within this works tender we need to have a condition survey completed for the entire wall, the wall extends for the perimeter of the park, However, please ensure you are fully aware of the extent of the wall before bidding, a site visit is strongly recommended.
