Description

Heritage Action Zone Streets and Spaces
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest for the provision of widening and surfacing of the footway on London Street and Sheppard Street and resurfacing of the carriageway in the same location
There will be tree pits to install and construction of a pocket park and seating areas
New surfacing works under the Sheppard Street Tunnel are required and and installation of a power supply for pop up food and drink vans
Further information can be sought from the ProContract tender portal and responses must be submitted by midday on the 7th of July
The initial contract term is 4 months and estimated spend is between 750000 and 950000
