Description
Carefully demolish buildings, Lodge, garage and outbuilding including all services foundations and footings, also clear site of vegetation soil and debris to a depth of 600mm and backfill with new clean topsoil to existing levels. Carefully demolish storage building on adjacent site and clear site of vegetation soil and debris to a depth of 600mm and backfill with new clean topsoil to existing levels. All asbestos containing materials will be removed by a specialist contractor prior to work starting. All services to buildings disconnected prior to works.
