Description

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust has extensive facilities based on four sites. These are Birmingham Heartlands Hospital, located at Bordesley Green, Solihull Hospital, located in Solihull town centre, Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham Chest Clinic, located in Birmingham city centre.

This tender is for provision of fixed price, fully comprehensive maintenance over a 3 year period (2 years at Good Hope Hospital) with a Employers option for an additional 2 years, for lifts at the following sites:
- 36 lifts at Birmingham Hospital (April 2021 to March 2024 - 3-years +2-year option)
- 7 lifts at Solihull Hospital (April 2021 to March 2024 - 3-years +2-year option)
- 21 lifts at Good Hope Hospital (April 2022 to March 2024 - 2-years +2-year option)
