Description
Birmingham City University requires a cloud based Timetabling and Room Booking system that will support the institution to improve value for money in the use of general and specialist teaching space with improved student and staff experience through improved timetabling systems and processes, which can deliver yearlong-zoned timetables.
The system which should be cloud based must have the following capabilities and functions:
Scheduling
Curriculum Delivery Management
Exam Scheduling
Publication
Reporting
Room Booking
Data entry/collection
Asset management
The contract will commence in January 2019 and will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a maximum period of 1+1 years, subject to satisfactory performance.
