Description

The London Borough of Lambeth wishes to offer an opportunity to tender for the provision of a new innovative and integrated service that will provide tailored support in order to prevent and reduce offending of a priority cohort of that consists of: (i) Young people (aged 14-25) who are involved or at risk of being involved in gangs and group violence (ii) Male offenders who commit a high volume of acquisitive and other crimes[1].
The successful service provider must demonstrate their ability to:
• Deliver an integrated service that can effectively engage with a priority cohort of adults and young people, who often have multiple and complex needs
• Promote and support positive life choices building on a client's strengths and social capital
• Successfully engage clients in services that address their needs and advocate on their behalf • Effectively deploy a suitably skilled and flexible staff team
• Provide a high quality, personalised service in accordance with evidenced based practice
• Work in partnership with key statutory, private, community, voluntary and social enterprise sector organisations, operating within a multi-disciplinary and multicultural environment
