Description
Bernicia are looking for a contractor to conduct general fire stopping works to communal areas and flats across the Bernicia group housing stock. The contractor must use test certified products and provide certification following completion of works.
Contractors must be available to start work immediately. Whilst an initial programme of works is available this contract is not limited to these works but also does not guarantee further works, although we do envisage that further works are available.
This contract is being offered on a fixed 12 months basis with the options to extend for no more than a total of three years.
