Description

In 2022 there are significant number of large-scale civic and cultural public engagement moments taking place, all of which have the opportunity to showcase the UK globally. Amongst others, the UK will host a range of cultural festivals including Coventry City of Culture 2021, the Commonwealth Games Cultural Festival in Birmingham, the UK-wide UNBOXED: Creativity in the UK, and Leeds 2023, and celebrate a number of significant civic and cultural anniversaries including Her Majesty the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, the 75th Anniversary of Edinburgh Festival, and the BBC's 100th Birthday.

We are looking for one supplier to understand the impact of the UK in 2022 programme, a Theory of Change was developed which articulates the breadth of outcomes and impacts that can be expected to be realised as a result of the activity funded in and around 2022. We are looking for a proposal of an appropriate design and methodology to answer the questions set out in the RFP, also to set out the potential risks and challenges and how these will be managed.
