Description

Joint Architects/Principal Designer and Sustainability Consultants Design Team (Vicarage Road, Leyton & Osborne Grove, Walthamstow)

Project Description
Sixty Bricks is seeking to appoint an Architectural and Sustainability Consultant Team to progress the design of the Osborne Grove and Vicarage Road projects.

In summary, Sixty Bricks is seeking:

• Full planning permission for both new developments; and
Detailed designs for both schemes including both residential units (and commercial where appropriate) developed to RIBA Stage 3 to safeguard design quality for construction.
• RIBA Stage 4- 7 will be subject to further procurement route tendering (for information only - not required as part of this submission)

The Architect (as Principal Designer) will be expected to lead the design process, and both Architect and Sustainability Consultant will be expected to work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Design team. Sixty Bricks will appoint an Employer's Agent (including Quantity Surveying, Project Manager) to work closely with the project team throughout the design and planning process.
