Description

The Council is seeking to appoint an extensively experience specialist conservation/heritage contractor to assist in the design and deliver of the next phase(s) of work associated with the renovation of the Toneworks site. The two phases of work are primarily focused on complex repairs to the roof structures

In summary the phases comprise: Phase 1 - roof repairs to sections V & T. Phase 2 - roof repairs to other sections primarily section Q. The full delivery of the phase 2 works is excepted to be subject to the receipt of further funding.

The design and methodology for the phase 1 works has not yet been fully formed and will be finalised under a JCT Pre-contract services agreement 2016.
