Description
Digital Catapult has design expertise in house and is looking to expand this team to include external designers and agencies who we often need to outsource design work to. This team will help us meet our brand guidelines and align with our creative expressions of the brand across a range of design requirements from report designs, event and space design to social media content. Our campaigns are often integrated requiring outputs across a range of materials. Project requirements are anticipated on a monthly to quarterly basis to work on both Digital Catapult core branded work and our sub programmes and bespoke branded programmes. The designers will work to create impactful, eye-catching and on brand designs that resonate with our audiences and portray a clear message. These designs will take into consideration the users and design format and objectives.
It is anticipated that a maximum of three (3) Suppliers shall be appointed within this Framework. However, Digital Catapult reserves the right to appoint fewer or more than this number if deemed to be in their best interests to do so.
Scope of work:
Design of Digital Catapult branded materials, adhering to branding toolkit at all times.
This shall include, but not be limited to:
a) banners;
b) exhibition stands and event displays - for example Digital Catapult centre signage for focused events;
c) brochures;
d) leaflets;
e) reports and documents;
f) branding across both digital and print;
g) branding of digital assets for social media and email including animated video/GIFs*;
h) centre signage and branding of our internal building spaces;
i) creation of infographics and explanatory diagrams/process flows;
j) Brand design and development for collaborative UK, EU and international projects
k) Art-working and typesetting for example reports and publications
*The ability to provide animated video/GIFs services is not strictly required. However, preference will be given to Bidders who are able to provide these services.
The initial Contract term shall be for a period of one (1) year with an option for Digital Catapult to extend for up to two (2) further periods of one (1) year each, at its discretion.
Digital Catapult does not guarantee any volume or value of work from this Contract. However, it is anticipated that the maximum total value (including any extensions) for this Framework may be in the region of GBP150,000 (excluding VAT).
