Description

The Good Business Festival is looking to procure a ticketing partner to implement and manage all ticketing for both elements of the festival.

Due to Covid-19, the event model has changed so in October, we will be producing a one-day event, most likely digital only due to social distancing, which will be streamed and made available for free. We will still require this to be ticketed to ensure we can collect data and intelligence on audience and participants.

Act 2 will be a three-day event in March 2021, where people will be able to purchase one-day or a full festival ticket. There will also be options for discounts for specialist groups e.g. Liverpool City Region business and students.

The successful ticketing partner must be able to incorporate their platform into the existing The Good Business Festival website. Our developers have factored this into the web build so can link up the successful ticket partner to embed a white label / external ticket page.

We aim to sell 10,000 tickets in March 2021 (subject to government Covid-19 guidelines) ranging in price. Prices are currently TBC but we have aim for the festival to be affordable and accessible.

The successful ticket partner needs to manage the selling and reporting as well as implementation across the festival, with emphasis on digital wayfinding and monitoring. Paperless tickets and sustainable methods where possible.
