Description

Ashford Borough Council is seeking support from recruitment consultants to assist with the search and selection processes for three new head of service roles plus a new director role.

Consultants will be required to provide a proposal with recommendations on the process including:

• advice on recruitment advertising
• proposed timetable and process
• how they will support with headhunting and candidate attraction,
• how they will support the Appointment's Committee with shortlisting and selection
• assessment tools
• candidate checks and referencing
