Description

De Montfort University, Leicester is seeking to appoint a Contractor to carry out the following works:
Stephen Lawrence Research Centre Hugh Aston Building De Montfort University .
The works consist of the refurbishment of the old book shop within the Hugh Aston Building. The project involves configuring new walls etc, new flooring, new sliding doors, and New Displays (Contractor D&B element) Mechanical & Electrical installation adaption to the existing systems is based on a performance specification (M&E Contractors design element as per the M&E performance specification.

Location: Hugh Aston Building, The Newarke, Leicester, LE2 7BY.
Proposed start date Monday 16th October 2017 (TBC)
Completion Date - Friday 8th December 2017.
