Description

To further its energy ambitions, Cheshire East Council are delivering European Local Energy Assistance programme of energy efficiency and renewable generation technical assistance to support low carbon economy across the borough. Cheshire East Council is leading this programme co-funded by the Horizon 2020 Programme of the European Union, and requires mobilisation services through to the end of September 2018. The work will provide to the end of September 2018:
• Mobilisation, contractual and financial compliance in relation to a technical assistance delivery of ELENA programme
• Delivery of a business case related to the Street Lighting LED replacement
