Description
Citizen are looking for one main contractor to redevelop the Ground Floor of Citizen's head office (4040 Lakeside, Solihull Parkway, Birmingham Business Park, B37 7YN).
In September 2019 workplace consultants 3edges were commissioned to develop a workplace strategy for Citizen Housing taking into consideration our working practices going forward, approaches such as agile working, our workspace requirements and considerations such as single or multi site requirements were all taken account. The workplace strategy consists of culture, technology and workspace.
In summer 2020 Citizen introduced LIVE WORK BETTER (LBW), its approach to flexible and hybrid working at Citizen post-lockdown. LWB led to revisiting 4040's purpose and use overall, reflecting changing working practices, team locations and user needs.
The three main areas in scope for ground floor redevelopment are:
•The reception area, including the three adjacent meeting rooms
•The open plan office space that was previously occupied by the CS team
•The canteen, refreshment and break area
