Description

Boiler and Heating Pipework Replacement - Southwood Road

Central Bedfordshire Council is looking for an experienced and qualified contractor to carry out Boiler and Heating Pipework Distribution Replacement at our housing property in Southwood Road, Dunstable.

Works include the removal and replacement of heating boilers, flues, insulation, control panel, circulation pumps, control and isolation valves, together with pipework.

We are seeking a contractor who can display a high level of customer care for our residents while providing an efficient and effective service.

It is intended that work will start in January 2018 and take 8 weeks to complete.

Please note the tender return date of Friday 5th January 2018.
