This email has been sent to you as your company has registered its interest against the Business Category relevant to this subject matter.

Portsmouth City Council (the 'council') currently have a contract in place for the delivery of Adult Mental Health Supported Housing/ Living services for vulnerable individuals in Portsmouth. This contract is due to end on the 30th April 2023 and is currently valued at £683,816.92 per annum.
The purpose of this engagement is to directly request information and feedback from the provider marketplace now that it is more clearly understood what accommodation units PCC can deploy to the contract and, therefore, what our operational ask from potential providers needs to be.
We are also using the process to further 'test the market' to obtain a better understanding of the level of potential interest from providers in delivering this service, now that the accommodation needs are clearer.
Providers should note that there is no obligation to take part in this exercise and that, if they do not take part, it will not preclude them from any subsequent related procurement process. Engaging providers will not receive preferential treatment in any subsequent quotation or tender process, and this is in no way an indication of the selection of any organisation or a guarantee of future work.
Interested providers are invited to submit the completed questionnaire via the InTend system by the return deadline. Any questions that you may have must also be submitted using the correspondence function on InTend.
Following this process, the council will consider the appropriate route for this service.

The council would like to thank you in advance for your help with this request and assure you that all information provided will be treated as confidential
