Description

The Council are now looking to appoint an operator to manage and operate the Centre in accordance with the Specification, on a 20-year agreement and full repairing and insuring lease. The lease will be excluded from the provisions of sections 24-28 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. The operator will provide a facility for all sections of the community, with no restrictions (or perceived restriction) on any particular group.

The operator will need to have a financially sustainable plan for the Centre without receiving funding from the Council.
