Description

Mace Dragados require an experienced Cost Consultant to provide a variety of cost consultancy services for HS2 Euston Station.

Cost Consultancy services required (but are not limited to) are:

-Appraisal of current cost plan and robustness
-Appraisal of current design information
-Detailed scope gap analysis
-Cost and design advice
-Full project take-off
-Detailed Bill Production using Mace Dragados Work Breakdown Structure

It is essential that the Cost Consultant has demonstrable previous experience on large scale complex UK infrastructure projects (e.g. Network Rail, London Underground, Crossrail, Tideway)

The cost consultant must have demonstrable experience in the use of BIM for 5D cost planning and control including but not limited to producing detailed BIM-based BoQ, utilizing Cost classification, applying 5D modeling requirements. This is to ensure the Cost Consultant takes full advantage of BIM to enable successful and consistent 5D approach as per Contractor's needs.
If successful selected Cost Consultants will be required to go through Mace Dragados pre-qualification process to be included on the final tender list.
Mace Dragados have been appointed as the Construction Partner to build a fully-integrated HS2 station at London Euston, together with links to the existing London Underground station.

HS2 Phase One includes construction of a new railway line run from London Euston to new stations at Old Oak Common in West London, an Interchange Station near Birmingham Airport and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and a terminus station in Birmingham City Centre (Curzon Street).
