Description

Research to be carried out to track satisfaction and travel behaviours primarily on bus, tram, and train in South Yorkshire. This survey is a long-standing annual piece of research which has been carried out since 2005. Due to Covid-19 this research was not carried in years 2020 and 2021 and resumed in 2022.

The research has a maximum budget of up to £40,000 with interviews planned to commence in January 2024.

Should SYMCA wish to extend the contract in 2024/25, the maximum budget of up to £40,000 will apply. The fees you submitted for 2023/24 will also apply for 2024/25
