Description
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority are potentially look to issue a tender (as titled above) via an open competition within the coming weeks, approx. w/c 13/05. It is envisaged this procurement will be approx. 2 week period.
Overview: The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking to procure a partner to produce a Housing Affordability and Need Study for the Leeds City Region.
The study will provide an in depth understanding on a range of issues related to housing affordability and need within the Leeds City Region.
The findings will feed into the Leeds City Region Inclusive Growth Corridor work. In addition the evidence will be used to shape future housing and infrastructure priorities and form a key component of a refreshed Leeds City Region evidence base which will be used across economic and transport policy.
