Description

The WEB-RADR Innovative Medicines Initiative project, led by the MHRA has developed and deployed mobile applications for the reporting of side effects to medicines together with associated news and Adverse Drug Reaction data feeds. These apps have been adopted in the UK, Netherlands (NL) and Croatia (HR) and well as Burkina Faso and Zambia through a collaboration with the World Health Organisation (WHO), with several additional countries expressing an interest in adopting the platform.
The intention of this process is to appoint a technology provider to maintain and enhance the existing platform to work with the WEB-RADR project and WEB-RADR Management Board (which will be formed on closure of the current project) to establish costs and models for annual maintenance/ enhancements and wider roll out of the application into other territories
