Description

The contract is to provide travel health advice and vaccination service to HMG staff and families posted overseas or on duty travel. The current contract is mainly used by FCO but other Partners Across Government (PAGs) on the contract include FCO Services, DFID, Home Office (UK Visa International), Home Office (Immigration Enforcement International), Home Office (International Directorate), Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Cabinet Office, No.10, Department for Transport, Scottish Enterprise. However the contract will be open to any PAG to join & utilise the service if needed.
The contract is being tendered by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO). The following Partners Across Government (PAGs) below have indicated their interest in joining the contract:

Department for International Development (DfID);
Home Office - UK Visa International;
Home Office - Immigration Enforcement International;
Home Office - International Directorate
Crown Prosecution Service (CPS);
Cabinet Office/No.10;

However we want the contract to be available for all use by all PAGs to join if they wish.

INFORMATION ON SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT SESSION
The FCO is holding a pre-tender supplier engagement session on Friday 15 November from 11:00-13:00 in the Scott Room, Main Building, King Charles Street, London, SW1A 2AH. The engagement session will be a chance to brief suppliers on our anticipated requirements, indicative timetable and obtain any supplier feedback & ideas.

The meeting will also be chance for interested supplies to network with representatives of cross-Whitehall departments who will also use the service.

Should you wish to attend, please email Michelle Dilkes: michelle.dilkes@fco.gov.uk before 12:00 on Wednesday 13 November to register your interest. We suggest a maximum of two attendees per interested supplier. Please also confirm the names of your attendees in your response to Michelle.
