Description
Solihull Youth Offending Service (YOS) is required by statute to have a case management system that is approved by the Youth Justice Board (YJB). This is part of the Youth Justice grant terms and conditions.
The case management system hosts the assessments, plans, daily records and contacts, young person and family information and victim information. This data is reported in through Youth Justice Information System on a quarterly basis to the Ministry of Justice. In addition, the system enables the YOS to securely transfer relevant information including assessments through to the Youth Custody Service.
A new system is required to be in place from 01/04 /2022
