Description

The Council seeks to engage architects to rapidly progress a project through RIBA Stages 1 - 4, with construction start on site required by June 2019, and with an assumed works budget of approx. £400k. The project is to adapt a vacant building, in Oxford City Centre, for use as a homeless shelter and assessment hub (for up to 60 clients on a very temporary stay) opening 1st October 2019.
