Description
The council is wising to procure a continuous programme of resident experience surveys in order to understand and track what matters most to our residents and employees and ensure our services and business priorities that are aligned with residents' priorities
As a social landlord Bristol City Council (BCC) is subject to the requirements of the Regulatory Standards for Social Housing Landlords. This requires us to ensure that our residents (tenants and leaseholders) are given a wide range of opportunities to influence and be involved in:
• the formulation of housing-related policies and strategic priorities,
• the making of decisions about how housing-related services are delivered, including the setting of service standards and
• the scrutiny of our performance (including making recommendations about how performance might be improved).
