Description

Approved caterers will need to be able to respond in a timely and coherent manner to a range of clients including large corporate companies, global brands, charity and associations and private clients. Our venues operate as museums and public attractions between the hours of 10am-5pm, therefore caterers should be experienced in working to tight deadlines and in logistically challenging spaces. Set on a UNESCO world heritage site, all the venues are Grade 1 listed and have a strict set of rules and regulations which caterers will be expected to abide with. Each venue has outdoor space so experience of working within difference environmental conditions is preferable.
We expect our caterers to be versatile and responsive, with a clear marketing strategy, a strong social media presence, and who can demonstrate they keep up with the latest events trends, food styles, cuisines and dietary requirements.
