Delivery Notes

Description

Replacement of 6No. barrel vault rooflights with lantern lights to the roof of the Mumford Building, and associated internal works to the third floor of the library.

Description: The works include but are limited to:

o Detailed design and calculations of scaffolding for independent checking by structural engineer.

o Erection of scaffolding and protective sheeting/ barriers in accordance with specialist design.

o Installation of internal protective measures.

o Supply and installation of new rooflights, including increasing height of existing curb.

o Supply and installation of additional felt waterproofing to perimeter of rooflights.

o Making good and redecoration of internal face of rooflight linings.

o All associated builders, mechanical and electrical works.
