Description

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS) aims to source a provider to design, develop and deliver a leadership development programme for staff working closely with and leading on change and service transformation within the organisation.

The programme will support staff to develop as leaders, role modelling compassionate, inclusive and collaborative behaviours for improvement. Quality improvement (QI) should be a common theme throughout so that leaders have the capability to access, analyse and act upon data to improve performance as well as build a culture for improvement.
The programme will incorporate a blend of theory, practice and application ensuring that learning is applied to real organisational challenges in order to develop confident leaders who feel empowered to lead teams of staff to deliver safe, efficient and quality patient care in a complex and ever-changing NHS environment.
