Description

The Client is the City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC), delivering new council housing developments on a site at Burton Crescent, Heath Town Ward, Wolverhampton, for management by Springfield Horseshoe Housing Management Co-operative (SHHMC). This is a high-profile activity for CWC and SHHMC, and the selection of an appropriate partner is critical to its success. The delivery of good quality, cost effective housing is key to achieving the Client's aspirations. The Client intends to bring forward this site for residential development for which architectural design services will be required to progress the scheme to full planning consent stage initially. Once full planning consent has been obtained, the Client proposes that the successful Architect provides a watchign brief for the Client to light touch design services through to Practical Completion.
