Description

The London Borough of Camden ('the Council') is seeking to award a contract for the provision of Enabling Works at Edith Neville Primary School Kings Cross, London NW1 1DN.

The enabling works will consist of demolition, ground preparation, installation of footing and supplying installation of temporary classrooms and hoardings. The total value of the enabling works is £306,075

The total value of the enabling works excluding supply and installation and lease of temporary classrooms is £144,901
The commencement of works is: 27 April 2017
The completion of works is: 31 May 2017

The lease for the temporary classroom will be required to be novated or assigned to the Council on practical completion of the works.
