Description

An electro-mechanical swivel/slip ring assembly is required to ensure that the CTD system and frame can interface to the ship's winch system both mechanically and electrically. The swivel ensures that the integrity of the CTD cables are not compromised and allows for the CTD to swivel during deployment without damaging the winch or CTD connections.
