Description

Somerset West and Taunton Council (SWT) declared a climate change emergency in 2019 and has since developed a Carbon Neutrality and Climate Resilience Plan which includes ambitions in relation to new build council homes and the retrofit of existing council homes.

SWT now wants to identify a partner Energy Company to help deliver its ambitions through ECO4 funded interventions over the next four years. This will involve developing an across-tenure programme of installing energy efficiency measures which cut fuel poverty and reduce carbon footprints through Energy Company Obligations (ECO4).

SWT is issuing this call for Expressions of Interest from all potential Energy Company Partners to make proposals for working with SWT under their Energy Company Obligation scheme.

Interested Energy Companies should complete Appendix 1 ECO4 EOI Response Document and submit via the Procontract portal by the deadline.
