Description
Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group is looking for a provider who is competent to complete initial health assessments for Looked After Children aged 0 - 18 years and the capacity and flexibility to respond to need.
Activity is approximately 180 assessments per annum based upon current activity.
Interested Providers need to register and complete the tender documents via the procurement portal: www.nhssourcing.co.uk. Details regarding the specification, submission requirements and project timescales are contained in the documents available on the procurement portal.
The closing date for this project is 12 noon on the 25th November 2016. Any submissions received after this date will not be considered.
