Description

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) on behalf of the Midland Metro Alliance (MMA) is undertaking this tender exercise for the appointment of a specialist arts handler that holds Professional Accreditation of Conservator Restorers (PACR) certification to undertake the removal, transportation, storage and reinstallation of the Iron: man and Boulton, Watt, Murdoch (BWM) statues to the pre-identified relocation points.

This statue relocation provision is part of the Centenary Square Midland Metro tram extension project which in turn sits within the wider MMA tramway extension programme.
