Description
This project requires the delivery and implementation of an email marketing software (EMS) solution, with a dynamic preference centre, integrated with our data warehouse solution.
The objectives and key business outcomes of the EMS project are:
• to increase email success rates - acquisition, retention and conversion - in a resource-efficient manner by introducing automated email programmes and (through integration with the data warehouse) better data selection processes for targeted email campaigns.
• to enable new routes to re-engagement and retention such as win-back campaigns and personalised, dynamic emails based on preferences.
• to grow our databases by either creating or integrating with a dynamic preference centre.
• to simplify and improve the opt-in journey, making it easier and more appealing across our digital channels and social media.
