Description

Birmingham City Council is seeking for tenderers for the provision of:
• Fully licenced energy supply company(ies) - incorporating full supply license for provision of electricity and gas including accession to all industry codes industry systems and data flows
• Integrated CRM and billing system
• Managed service to manage industry operations through growth phase of energy supply company
• Set up consultancy services for transition of third party company to the Council owned entity and commissioning of all systems

The Council wishes to establish terms for the acquisition of a fully licensed gas and electricity supply company with an associated managed service contract. The Council may wish to purchase two fully licenced companies for the purposes of its market entry.

The managed service contract will last for five years (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract) with options for break from the end of year two
