Further competition via CCS Framework RM3808 to secure a supplier to deliver\r
\r
Liverpool City Council (LCC) is seeking to contract with a suitably qualified Supplier to provide network hardware, hardware support and professional services to LCC, ACC Liverpool Group (ACCL) and other Partner Organisations.\r
\r
ACCL comprises the M&S Bank Arena, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool.\r
\r
LCC may also utilise this contract to procure network hardware or support services for Partner Organisations such as Liverpool Schools as and when required.\r
\r
The purpose of the tender is to ensure that we continue to provide best value services to our end user and guests of LCC, ACCL and Partner Organisations.\r
\r
All future references to LCC should be inferred to mean LCC, ACCL and Partner Organisations unless specified otherwise.\r
\r
Mandatory Supplier Requirements\r
\r
The Supplier must be a Cisco Gold Partner.\r
\r
The Supplier must be able to provide Cisco Smartnet total care support.\r
\r
Hardware & Equipment\r
\r
The LCC and ACCL network infrastructure is currently comprised predominantly of Cisco hardware.\r
\r
Equipment procured under this contract is not limited to Cisco equipment. The Supplier must be able to provide a range of equipment to meet the current and future needs of LCC.\r
\r
The Supplier must make use of Cisco ELLW (Cisco Enhanced Limited Lifetime Warranty WARR-EL-TD-LIFE-HW) where equipment is in a non-critical location and the SLA is appropriate.\r
