Description
We are looking for a provider to support NHSE&I to deliver key activities aimed at developing and shaping the learning disability and autism market. The provider must have extensive first-hand knowledge and experience the commissioning and provider landscape for this group, particularly the local authority, health and VCS sector.
Extensive experience of delivering the following projects and activities framed around the following principles is essential:
Peer Review Exercises - based on the Sector Led Improvement (SIL) methodology used in local government , using non attributable information collection methods, and involving cross system partners with extensive experience of Transforming Care, in addition to working in a co productive way with those with lived experience. The peer review exercise must involve 1 days preparation, 2 days interviewing and 1 day feedback and result in an action plan to be implemented by the local system.
Intensive Support Exercises - Based around action plans produced from the Peer Review exercise. Experience in providing support in the following area is key -
Targeted action planning sessions
Market development support
Finance specialist support
Commissioning / Project Management support around specific actions within the plan
Delivery of workshops
Sessions with an independent system leader to help leaders plan
Support with mentoring
Attendance at boards for specified period
Targeted session with Clinical Lead
Small Supports - the development of personalized, bespoke accommodation choices for those individually who are hard to support due to their complex needs.
All programmes will need be delivered simultaneously, at pace and within a year timeframe. Providers must also be in a position to fully evaluate the programmes and consider project success and a positive impact on an individual's outcomes, social impact and value for money. A evaluation report covering both pre agreed quantitative and qualitative measures will be required.
