Description

South Woodham Ferrers Town Council intends to replace the synthetic bowls green 37m x 37m at Champions Manor Hall, Hullbridge Road, South Woodham Ferrers CM3 5LJ.

The existing bowls green at Champions Manor Hall has been identified as in a poor condition and in need of replacement. A technical report was carried out on the current green to detail the condition, the report is attached to assist tenders but it is recommended that you carry out your own survey.
