Description

This notice is a Request For Information from the London Borough of Camden in relation to parking enforcement services. We would like to determine if there is any viability in consolidating an enforcement contract so it can be used for enforcement areas outside parking and traffic to include enforcement for environmental Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs), Housing Enforcement, Public Safety Protection Orders (PSPO), licencing, etc.


We are seeking your views on whether multiple enforcement functions can be undertaken within a single role, or via specialist teams. We would like feedback on your experience in delivering enforcement across varied roles and responsibilities and legislative frameworks.
