The Framework is for the Maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) and consists of 2 lots.

Lot 1 - Maintenance of Continuum / Struxureware Building Management System.
Lot 2 - Maintenance of Trend Building Management System

The scope of services required under the framework are

a) Emergency 24/7 call out and repair with a 4 hour response time for a system
breakdown / malfunction.

b) A scheduled-on site inspection of the system including maintenance & the
installation of system controller firmware to the latest version using licensed
proprietary firmware.
