Description

The Authority is seeking an established supplier of high quality Personal Flotation Devices (Lifejackets) and fully compatible Personal Locator Beacons.

This requirement arises from an innovative project which is intended to address necessary behavioural change amongst the fishermen by providing them with better engineered life-saving equipment. The Locator Beacons offer the additional benefit of assisting the RNLI, SAR and emergency services in the rapid location of fishermen and vessels in distress that will reduce costs and reduce the risk to the lives of the rescue services
