This is an extension of an existing contract - separate record created for clarity.
[Individual] is currently filling this role until 20/10/2017 on agreed rates and is required to extend for a further three months to continue with his work within audit. This request is to cover six months but the extension will be offered on a three monthly basis to tie in with the latest position with the structure and objectives set.
